Rights & Removal Policy

This site lists generic domain names for sale. It is not a directory of trademarks or brands. We do not knowingly list domains that infringe another party's trademark rights.

Trademark screening

Every domain in the portfolio passes a written screen against USPTO Live records, EUIPO registrations, and a public-web check for prior common-law use before it is offered for sale. Domains flagged as close matches to existing marks are removed, not listed.

Notification of rights

If you believe that a domain listed on this site infringes a trademark or other intellectual property right that you own, please contact [email protected] with:

1. The domain name in question.
2. Your name, organization, and contact information.
3. Proof of the trademark or right you are asserting — for example, a USPTO or EUIPO registration number, or documented evidence of common-law use.
4. A brief statement of why you believe the domain infringes.

Response

We will review legitimate notifications within five business days. If the notification is credible, we will remove the domain from all sales channels while we review, and respond with our decision.

No admission

This policy exists to enable good-faith communication. It does not constitute an admission of infringement for any specific domain.
